We design websites that are engaging, smart, simple and easy to use.
Our agile, collaborative approach kept the Kiwi Wonder Tours brand front and centre across every touchpoint, from desktop to mobile. We worked closely with the client, iterating quickly on design and content to deliver a site that was both visually striking and easy to use.
The original layout featured a two-column design with a scroll-tracking Rezdy booking form, but after discovering Rezdy’s limitations, we adapted. We restructured content areas, added clearer call to actions (CTAs), and adjusted the flow to better suit real user behaviour, without compromising design integrity.
Even though the initial launch highlighted just one tour (Ruakuri Cave and Hobbiton), we designed the CMS with scale in mind. New tours can be added easily while keeping the site layout clean and consistent, fully integrated with Rezdy for seamless booking.
To cater to international travellers, we skipped the quick fix of auto-translate and built proper language files tailored to each market. It took a bit more development time, but the result was reliable, user-friendly translation that impressed both the client and their overseas visitors. The translation also applied itself across the free downloadable ‘audio guide’.
We reviewed and evaluated with in-depth user testing and UX tweaks, especially around CTAs, to refine the experience. The final product received high praise from Kiwi Wonder Tours and customers, and the site continues to scale as their offering grows.
