We design websites that are engaging, smart, simple and easy to use.

Right from the start, accessibility and usability were top priorities. We designed clear, intuitive interfaces that guide users to key actions, like job applications, sponsorship forms, and booking enquiries, through well-placed call to actions and easy navigation.
We implemented Savvy contact management system (built by our strategic partners at Beweb), giving internal teams the freedom to update content as needed, keeping the sites fresh, relevant, and totally on-brand for each business. From fleet updates to service info, everything is manageable in-house.
With up to 70% of visitors coming from mobile, responsive design wasn’t optional, it was essential. We ensured both websites look sharp and function smoothly across devices, delivering a great experience whether you’re on a phone, tablet or desktop.
The backend architecture was designed with flexibility in mind, able to scale as each business expands its offerings. It’s easy to add new services, products, or fleet info as needed, without reworking the entire site.
Google Analytics was baked into the build, giving Go Bus and Johnston’s clear insights into how users interact with their websites. This supports data-led improvements and helps track key KPIs over time.
We developed a visual look that reflects each brand’s identity within the Kinetic group, clean, professional, and community-focused. Credibility and usability were front and centre.
Using agile processes, we worked closely with stakeholders to iterate and refine quickly, while ensuring a seamless connection with existing systems like the Coach Manager booking platform. We kept everything tidy under the hood with best-practice file naming, version control, and handover protocols.
We continue to support the sites, monitoring performance, maintaining functionality, and offering content and technical support when needed.
The result? Two websites that are not only clean and functional but built to support the businesses for years to come.
