The old site made it tricky for users to find what they needed, often requiring too many clicks to reach key resources. On top of that, the look and feel lacked consistency, brand colours and imagery varied from page to page, which affected user trust and experience.
With the expertise of out strategic partner Builtflat, we streamlined the site structure, simplifying the navigation so users could get where they needed to go, fast. Then we built a cohesive visual identity, new brand guidelines, consistent colours and imagery, to lift usability and better reflect who CHaSNZ is.
Mobile experience was a big focus too. With a large chunk of users accessing the site on phones, we created a responsive design that looks sharp and works well on all screen sizes. We also made sure resources and learning content were just as easy to access on mobile as they are on desktop.
Post-launch feedback has been great, users say it’s much easier to find information, the design feels more polished, and the experience across devices is seamless. The new site delivers on both form and function, with a strong foundation in place for CHaSNZ to grow and evolve their content over time.
